Hello, Gorgeous!
Everyone I know seems to be trying to put less chemicals in their body and on their bodies. And deodorant is a very hot topic right now (bad pun intentional!).
That said, deodorant can be one of the tougher product categories to test. After all, you don’t sweat the same amount every single day and your body temp fluctuates - as does the temperature outdoors. These are two brands I like a lot right now.
Curie is a women-owned and operated natural personal care brand. Their Coconut Nectar scent keeps selling out, probably because it smells heavenly and glides on easily. I love the fact that there are no white streaks or icky stickiness. It’s also aluminum-free, paraben-free, vegan, and cruelty-free. And while the packaging feels like traditional plastic, it’s fully recyclable and made from post-consumer recycled materials. ($28 for a two-pack on Amazon).
I may earn a small commission from sales made using the links in this post. (Probably not, since I’m kinda lazy about chasing down affiliate programs).
Next up, we have Super Leaves by Attitude. All Attitude deodorants are all formulated with over 99% naturally derived ingredients. They’re also aluminum-free and have plastic-free packaging. While I love the texture of the product (it really does glide on and doesn’t leave odd little deodorant bumps on your under arms), I had a really hard time getting the actual product to dispense through the packaging. ($12.95, attitudeliving.com).
While I love the powder fresh or shower fresh scents of more traditional deodorants, I love that these are both clean brands. Notable, I’m still a huge fan of Hibar which really made it easy to use solid products with less packaging and all-day protection.
Have you been moving away from antiperspirant and/or toward less packaging? Let’s meet in the comment section to discuss!

Ooo I want to check these out! I was trying a few different aluminum-free deo options and was disappointed! Though I loved the performance & smell of Salt + Stone - I developed a rash after using it for two weeks 😔 being a sensitive skin girlie is rough #firstworldproblems!
